When you are spending time thinking about how you can grow, become whole and flourish… Questions arise.

Where does this start?

What is needed for the foundation?

What is needed for nourishment?

Who is the source?

Can I handle this?

Who is in control?

Will I be able to contain my emotions?

How do I do my part?

The answer is….

Seek Him

What if I am scared?

What if I can’t breathe?

What if I shutdown?

What if I feel alone?

What if I’m drowning in fear?

What if I can’t sleep?

What if I struggle with faith?

What if I’m afraid to open up?

What if, I just can’t do it?

Seek Him

Darling…

He is with you,

He goes before you,

He holds you close,

He loves you dearly,

He will guide you if you let Him lead.

He is gentle,

He is nurturing your heart, mind and soul,

He knows and will not leave you,

He is patient and kind,

He is the King, the Savior, your Papa.

He is your coach and mentor,

He is your best friend,

He is your deepest love,

He is the one who you can share everything without fear,

He loves you so very much!

Seek Him

Trust Him and He will guide your paths,

Trust Him to restore and mend,

Trust Him to be all that He says He is,

Trust Him to lead you to healing,

Trust Him to meet all of those questions.

Seek Him

Listen child,

Dear one,

You are Loved deeply by Him,

He will never ever leave you.

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

In him you are also being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.
Ephesians 2:22 CSB

Seek Him

Roots To Beauty…

He is making you new.

Keep trusting Him.

Mending and Renewal

He is a physician who is working diligently to mend you.

It can send your feelings reeling or bring you to a place of being in agreement with your heavenly father who knows what is best.

Bending and emptying yourself so that the space can be renewed and then filled by the Holy spirit.

Then coming to agreement with Jesus…that…His will be done. He fights for you, He loves you, He is your champion and will never leave you.

Separating emotions from intellectual thinking to allow for differentiation of self to become more like God the Father is the process He has called us to be immersed in for His timing and purposes.

Though it may not make sense, He is moving on your behalf, He is preparing the way, He is loving on you…if you let Him.

Choose to surrender everything because He cares for you.

Do Not Stop, Praise Him

Do not stop, even when you face those dark scary days…keep going.

Do Not Stop praising Him.

As you navigate and keep pushing through the mud, the pain, the sorrow…

Remember that He is with you.

He is the light in the dark.

Every single step, collecting every tear.

He walks with you, you are His child, He will never leave you.

When you feel like you can’t breathe and you can’t see where to go and your anxiety is overwhelming you.

God is with you.

Praise Him for all good things come from Him.

He knows your steps, He sees the struggle and brokenness. He is the light of the world and the way, the truth and the life that we seek.

Your fears will be put to rest.

He holds you, loves you and does not ever miss a thing.

In the whispers, He is there.

In the screaming, He is there.

In the anguish, He is there.

He loves you.

He will never abandon you.

You are not alone.

Praise Him.

Let Him Work in You

We all are told that the Lord is our Father, our Prince of Peace, the Almighty Counselor

But

Do you let Him do what He needs to do in your life?

I know I struggle with complete surrender of those deep places of pain and hurt. But as my friend reminded me…He can fix it, if we let Him.

He is a gentleman and will not cross your boundaries unless you want Him to come in, He waits for you to…trust.

Trust, Trust, Trust.

When you feel like you can no longer keep fighting… keep going. He is with you, He is ready to help… let Him love you.

Let Him work in you. To fix the brokenness and to help protect your heart. To help you fight those deep hard battles, to fight those hard life decisions and to embrace and cover you in His arms.

He dearly loves you!

Trust Him.

Practice What You Preach

Preach it brother and sister.

About who He is,

His character,

And how we reflect who we are in Him.

Allow Him in those deepest crevices…

In those places that hinder our walk.

If you preach it,

Show others you mean it.

If you say you drop everything to pray for someone, do it.

It hurts more when you witness those in leadership who do not walk the walk, but claim to do so.

Wake up!

God desires for us to follow Him but also to help others to grow in Him.

When you let your feelings block loving as God loves you… it hurts everyone.

I am learning this.

We are family…right?

I’m still learning about what that means.

If you love as God loves…then do it.

Stop and love.

Stop avoiding and ignoring those who are trying to learn and grow.

Stop the silent treatment.

All you are doing is hurting them more emotionally than you realize.

Stop hurting each other!
